Registered Veterinary Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our veterinary team. The RVT will play a vital role in providing high-quality care for our animal patients, supporting the veterinary team, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. A key responsibility includes managing and implementing our vaccine clinic sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties including patient examinations, administering vaccinations, treatments, and medications under veterinarian supervision.
• Run and implement the clinic’s vaccine clinics on scheduled days (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays), ensuring efficient and compassionate service delivery.
• Provide client education regarding animal health, preventive care, and vaccination protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of all procedures performed.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment to promote animal and staff safety.

Requirements

• Valid license as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT).
• Proven experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine, including vaccinations and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work scheduled vaccine clinic days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
• Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
