We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients
• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
• Experience and competence in surgery support, prepping the patient for surgery, including pre-medicating, shaving, intubating, scrubbing in at Dr. request, monitoring anesthesia and recording vitals throughout, and oversee complete patient recovery
• Perform laboratory testing, radiology, and dental procedures
• Educate clients on: preventive care, treatments, test results, home care recommendations
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with doctors, assistants, and client service professionals to provide the highest level of care

What We're Looking For

• Current RVT credential in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
• Strong technical and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and client education abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to learning and growth in a collaborative hospital culture
• Fear Free experience is a plus (our entire team is Fear Free Certified)
