About the role

To reconcile cash / subscription / redemption transaction of unit holder, allot unit and payment to unit holder, maintain client's profile and prepare report for clients, SEC, Revenue Department and related entity. To ensure correctness of calculation selling agent fee.

Key responsibilities

• Cash and transaction reconciliation and payment to unit holder
• Subscription, Redemption, unit allocation and corporate action process
• Ensure on-time and correctness of calculation selling agent
• Client Profile maintenance
• Prepare report for unit holder and related entity
• Prepare PND2, 53, 54 for revenue department with accuracy in timely manner

About you

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or related field
• 0-3 years' experience in the back office and operation area in financial institution
• Microsoft Office skill
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good coordinator with both external and internal business unit
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Ambitious, energetic, hard working and able to work under time constraint
• Pleasant personality with service-minded and good team player
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
