Registration Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an organized and friendly Registration Assistant to handle client registrations and provide general administrative support. In this role, you will assist trainees and clients with their requirements, accurately encode data, and ensure a smooth, professional registration process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Support: Assist clients and trainees with registration procedures via phone, email, or in person.
• Data Entry: Encode, update, and maintain accurate information in the registration system.
• Document Review: Verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, reply to email inquiries, and maintain organized digital and physical files.
• Data Privacy: Ensure data confidentiality and the safe handling of sensitive information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or any related field.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to handle high volumes of inquiries.
• Core Traits: Detail-oriented, approachable, patient under pressure, dependable, and strictly honest with confidential data.
• Work Style: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well within a team.
