Registration Coordinator

The Registration Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of new vehicle registration for customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while maintaining strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Level of Authority

• Authorized to process and verify documents for new vehicle registration.
• Allowed to liaise with LTO, PNP, and internal departments for registration requirements.
• Responsible for updating vehicle registration status in ADOMS without prior approval.
• No financial sign-off authority but may request cash advances for processing.

Qualifications – Essential

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Work Experience

1-2 year/s of experience in administrative, clerical, or vehicle registration processes

Skills – Essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented

Skills – Desirable

• Familiarity with LTO (Land Transportation Office) processes and vehicle registration systems.

Pay: Up to Php18,070.00 per month
