Registration Executive

We are looking for a Registration Executive to manage the end-to-end vehicle registration process for commercial vehicles, ensuring timely completion of RTO formalities, documentation, and delivery-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new commercial vehicle registration and related RTO formalities.
• Coordinate with RTO offices, agents, customers, sales team, and internal departments for registration activities.
• Prepare and verify all required registration documents, including invoices, insurance, forms, ID/address proofs, and other supporting documents.
• Submit and follow up on applications through Parivahan/RTO portals and other applicable platforms.
• Coordinate for vehicle inspection, number allocation, registration, and RC-related processes.
• Ensure timely completion of registration before vehicle delivery wherever applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of registration applications, pending cases, completed registrations, and RC status.
• Follow up for permanent registration, temporary registration, trade certificates, permits, tax, fitness, and other RTO-related requirements as applicable to commercial vehicles.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams for registration charges, tax, fees, and other statutory payments.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of registration-related records.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding pending and completed registrations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable RTO/Transport Department procedures and regulations.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of RTO procedures and vehicle registration processes.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle registration and documentation will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Parivahan/Sarathi/Vahan portals and online RTO services.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with customers, RTO officials, agents, and internal teams.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple registration cases and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
• Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, RTO-related work, or vehicle registration will be preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in vehicle registration/RTO documentation or automobile dealership operations preferred.
• Experience in commercial automobile dealerships will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with hands-on experience in commercial vehicle registration.
• Knowledge of Kerala RTO procedures will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable with regular coordination and visits to RTO offices.
• Should have good attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
