Registration Executive

Support day-to-day operations related to pre-registrations, title transfers, and OQOOD processes with DLD. Responsible for application processing, document verification, submission, and follow-up of DLD transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

1. Manage pre-registration, title transfer, and OQOOD transactions.
2. Verify and submit documents through DLD portals and processes.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely transaction completion.
4. Track applications and provide status updates.
5. Ensure compliance with DLD regulations and maintain accurate records.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3-5 years of experience in DLD operations or real estate registration processes.
2. Good knowledge of DLD, OQOOD, and title transfer procedures.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
