Registration Team Leader

Graduate of any four (4) year College course

At least three (3) years' work experience in the registrar’s or similar office as an assistant to the registrar or similar capacity at a maritime school or a maritime training center

Fully familiar with all mandatory and recommended courses for officers and rating as per STCW convention, as amended.

Familiar with all local and international institutions involved in the certification of competencies of seafarers.

Must be organized and possess superior skills in dealing with people.

Attention to detail even under pressure.

Possess adequate skills in using office productivity software.

Familiarity with Data Privacy Act of NPC

Assists in overseeing enrollment of trainees endorsed by Training Guidance Section and/or external clients.

Ensures that the certificates to be issued are checked and reviewed before securing signatures of Training Director and President.

Leads the company’s customer relationship activities for training related concerns.

Prepares a list of enrolled trainees monthly to be sent in accounting.

In charge of monitoring of registration records

Assists the Registration Section Head in forecasting and planning training schedule.

Uphold the corporate culture and core values and serve as its role model.

Support all efforts in the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System.

Perform other tasks and duties within his area of competence as assigned by the Registration Section Head.
