We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this part-time role (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM), you will provide impactful, one-on-one in-home behavior therapy to clients during critical after-school hours. You will get to know each client’s unique needs, challenges, and strengths, working closely with them to implement customized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help them reach their developmental milestones and goals.
