What they need
We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer to handle the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Handle company legal matters and provide basic legal advice
- Manage trademarks, intellectual property, and renewals
- ESG document requirement and submission
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and licensing agreements
- Ensure company complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain legal documents and statutory records
- Support dispute handling and coordinate with external lawyers if needed
- Monitor compliance risks and update management
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Admin
- 1-2 years’ experience in legal/compliance role / admin
- Experience in contracts, trademarks, and licensing preferred
- Good understanding of corporate compliance
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Able to communicate clearly Bahasa Melayu and English
