We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Supervisor to join our team and ensure our products comply with all Indonesian regulatory and halal requirements.

About the role

As a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing product registrations, regulatory compliance, and halal certification processes to support the growth of Watsons Own Brand and imported products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage product registrations and license renewals with BPOM and relevant authorities.
• Review regulatory documentation, product claims, labels, and packaging compliance.
• Monitor registration progress and ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM, Ministry of Health, and Halal Product Assurance regulations.
• Coordinate halal certification and maintain compliance with halal assurance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BPOM, government agencies, and certification bodies.
• Provide regulatory guidance to Commercial, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Apoteker certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong experience in handling BPOM registrations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Active Halal Supervisor Certificate (Sertifikat Penyelia Halal).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements and halal regulations.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to communicate effectively with regional and international stakeholders.
