OBSIDIAN Management Group is #hiring Regulatory Affairs Coordinator (more than just a legal!)

📍 Location: Cipete, South Jakarta
🕒 Full WFO, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle company licensing and permits with relevant government institutions from submission to approval.
• Manage OSS, LKPM reporting, HAKI registration, Disnaker submissions, and other regulatory administration.
• Coordinate and follow up with government institutions and related parties.
• Monitor permit status, deadlines, renewals, and required documents.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date regulatory documents and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, regulatory administration, government relations, or similar roles.
• Comfortable dealing with government procedures and bureaucracy.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Cipete, South Jakarta.
