Regulatory Affairs Document Trainee

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and finalize regulatory documents as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Manage regulatory documentation, including filing, tracking, and record maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of regulatory submissions and supporting documents.
• Assist in compiling technical data and scientific information for regulatory dossiers.
• Maintain document control systems and ensure proper organization of regulatory files.
• Support regulatory affairs activities related to crop protection chemicals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collection and verification of required information.
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines, scientific developments, and industry practices.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Chemistry, Biology, and related scientific concepts.
• Scientific curiosity and willingness to learn regulatory processes.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
