Job Requirements:

• Manage product lifecycle and regulatory compliance for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Prepare, review, and submit registration dossiers to secure timely approvals and maintain licences.
• Handle new registrations, renewals, variations, and post‑approval commitments.
• Review product changes and assess regulatory impact, recommending appropriate submission pathways.
• Oversee labelling, safety updates, and packaging compliance with local and global standards.
• Track submissions and respond to authority queries within required timelines.
• Liaise with HSA, NPRA, and other authorities on submissions and commitments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide intelligence to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally (Supply Chain, Quality, Medical, Commercial) to support product launches and supply continuity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline with at least 2 years of related experience in Regulatory Affairs (RA) within the Singapore Pharmaceutical market
• Pharmacist Registration will be advantage
• Eligible and willing to serve as the designated RP for Therapeutic Products Importer’s and Wholesaler’s Licenses.
