Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to assist with FDA registrations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices and pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, FDA Registration, or a related role
• Experience with medical devices and/or pharmaceutical products is an advantage
• Willing to conduct fieldwork when needed
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit FDA registration documents
• Coordinate with government agencies and internal departments
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and organize regulatory records and documents
• Follow up on registration applications and approvals
• Assist with other regulatory and compliance-related tasks
