Duties

• Lead the design and implementation of data models for regulatory reporting, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and database systems to facilitate accurate data collection and analysis.
• Manage large-scale big data projects using tools such as Python, Talend, Informatica, and SQL databases to optimize data integration and quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including compliance, IT, analytics, and business units—to define data governance policies and ensure adherence to information governance standards.
• Utilize business intelligence platforms like Tableau for creating interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into regulatory metrics and compliance status.
• Implement data quality management practices by establishing monitoring routines and conducting regular audits to ensure high standards of data integrity.
• Drive project management initiatives using Agile methodologies to deliver timely solutions that meet evolving regulatory demands while maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL databases, or similar platforms with a strong understanding of database design principles.
• Expertise in data analytics tools including Tableau, business intelligence software, and advanced Excel spreadsheets for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes utilizing tools like Talend or Informatica for efficient data integration from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects involving big data technologies and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for automating workflows and enhancing analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance management frameworks, information governance practices, and master data management strategies.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in database system design, data warehouse architecture, and analysis skills necessary for effective data collection and quality assurance.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across diverse teams using clear documentation and presentations.

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
