Regulatory Intern

• Support the review and development of Job Descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain Organization Charts and support the preparation of organizational documentation.
• Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Review KPI inputs and assess their alignment with job descriptions and role responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Interested in Organization Development and Performance Management.

• Able to work collaboratively and handle administrative/documentation tasks carefully.

• Willing to work on-site in BSD City.
