Regulatory Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit product registration and licensing applications for veterinary drugs, biologics, feed additives, and other animal health products.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and monitor application status.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation and databases.
• Assist in reviewing product labels, packaging materials, and promotional claims for regulatory compliance.
• Provide regulatory support to internal departments and business partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate of related life science course.
• Licensed Pharmacist preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product registration, quality assurance, or a related field within the animal health, veterinary pharmaceutical, or feed industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other relevant government agencies is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
