Regulatory Project Manager – Life Insurance

We are currently supporting a major client in the insurance sector in Brussels looking for a Regulatory Project Manager to lead strategic regulatory initiatives.

Your role

You will lead cross-functional projects ensuring that life insurance products, processes and systems comply with evolving European regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory projects from analysis to implementation

• Translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions

• Coordinate stakeholders across compliance, legal, actuarial, business and IT

• Adapt products, processes and documentation to regulatory changes

• Manage project planning, risks, governance and reporting

• Ensure alignment with EU regulatory frameworks (Solvency II, IDD, ESG, AML)

Profile

• Proven experience in project management within insurance or financial services

• Strong understanding of life insurance products and regulatory frameworks

• Experience delivering regulatory transformation projects

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
