Rehab carpenter

We are a real estate investment company that is looking to build and integrate an in-house rehab crew. I can’t promise endless 40 hour weeks to start but we do have plenty of work at the moment and the more versatile your skills are, the more adaptive and able to run things on your own, the more hours you will get and the more money you will earn. Pay is based on experience and competency and ranges from $25-$40/hr to start. Work included but is not limited to:

Carpentry frame and finish

Drywall hang and finish

Painting

Flooring

Tile

Kitchen and bathroom installations

Demo/labor

Brickwork/tuckpionting

Fixture installation

Inspection punch-out

Subcontractor coordination

You do not have to be an expert in every field, you just need to be competent and comfortable on a construction site and know how to use basic tools. A minimum of two years in new construction or renovation is required. Cash work is available immediately for those who are interested. If you need constant supervision, please do not apply. Apprenticeship positions will be made available soon. We are a company who invests in employees because people are our greatest asset. Most work is on our own properties. There is minimal customer interaction. All you need is reliable transportation and basic hand tools. This is non-negotiable. Everything else that you need to succeed will be provided for you. Cash pay at the end of the week until a permanent full time position can be secured

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
