该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.对公募REITs项目、行业、市场、政策等进行研究分析，为投资提供策略以及研究支持； 2.根据公司制度完成REITs项目尽调、入库以及投后跟踪工作，及时出具研究观点以及研究报告； 3.支持资管业务拓展，参与资管产品设计、执行与落地； 4.跟踪公募REITs业务相关法律法规、监管政策、业务动态和市场趋势等，并根据需求对行业热点问题进行专题研究。 任职要求： 1.硕士及以上学历，金融经济财会等财经类相关专业； 2.具备买方或卖方研究经验、REITs相关工作或实习经验，具备估值模型搭建能力优先； 3.对REITs市场研究有热情，具有较强的文字撰写能力、学习能力、独立思考能力和抗压能力，性格开朗
