Job Summary

Chase Bank is seeking a customer-focused Relationship Banker to help clients with everyday banking needs, account services, financial products, and personalized solutions. This role builds lasting customer relationships while supporting branch operations and delivering a professional banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with checking, savings, and other banking services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Explain account features, products, and available services.
• Support branch transactions and day-to-day banking activities.
• Resolve customer questions and service issues professionally.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve service and business goals.

Requirements

• Customer service, sales, banking, or financial-services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
