Key Responsibilities

• Call Pakistani Local and International clients on Call, App, WhatsApp and CRM.
• Guide the leads about our services.
• Closing sales through effective price negotiation, and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong follow-up and build long-term customers
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process

Requirements

• Intermediate to Masters
• 2 to 5 years of sales / outbound call center / Consultancy experience
• Very good voice and clear accent
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
• Command on using Social Media, WhatsApp, MS Office, CRM
• Passion for Counseling and Guiding People
• Passion for sales and Pakistani client (local or international) dealing
• Must have extrovert personality (outgoing, talkative, sociable, action-oriented, high energy).

Days and Timing:

• Six Days A Week
• Morning Shift: 11 am to 8 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2 pm to 11 pm

Positions are available in our following branches:

• DHA, Phase V, 26th Street, Badar Commercial Area, Above KFC, Karachi
• Gulshan e Iqbal, Rashid Minhas Road, Block 5, Below NIPA Flyover, Karachi
• North Nazimabad, Block D, 5 Star Roundabout, Karachi

Compensation & Benefits
