The Relationship Development Associate role is how it starts. You don’t need a finance degree or industry experience. You need work ethic, coachability, and a genuine interest in helping people. We’ll teach you the rest.

This isn’t a support role. It’s the on-ramp to becoming a fully licensed Financial Advisor with your own book of business, backed by mentorship, training, and the full Guardian platform behind you.

What You’ll Do Early On

Your first phase is about learning the business and building the muscles every successful advisor relies on:

• Learn how financial planning works and why it matters to real families and business owners
• Build professional relationships with prospects and clients
• Work alongside experienced advisors in client strategy and planning conversations
• Grow and manage your own professional network
• Study for and earn your licensing with full company support
• Get coached, mentored, and developed from day one

The Path Forward

We’ve built a clear, structured path so you always know what’s next. As you complete your licensing and hit early milestones, you move from Associate into a full Financial Advisor role. Compensation and responsibility grow at each step. This isn’t a maybe. It’s a defined path with real benchmarks.

Licensing and Training

You don’t need to be licensed to start. We provide full support toward:

• Life and Health Insurance License
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
• Series 7
• Series 66

You’ll have study support, mentorship, and a team that’s genuinely invested in getting you through it.
