Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage relationships with existing customers, conduct completed-project site visits, coordinate issue resolution with the Care Team, and generate referral leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit completed projects and meet customers along with the Care Team.

• Review sites, identify snags/issues, and coordinate with the Care Team for timely resolution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Identify and generate referral leads through customer and site visits.

• Ensure a positive post-project customer experience.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and records of customer interactions and referrals.

• Complete approximately 1820 site visits per week.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, business development, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles.

• Strong face-to-face customer engagement skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
