Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have experience in Direct Sales of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Investments, or related BFSI products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls with prospective clients and identify their financial needs.
• Provide suitable investment and financial solutions based on client requirements and goals.
• Perform regular follow-ups with leads and maintain client engagement.
• Acquire new clients through references, networking, and market outreach activities.
• Build and enhance the branch's AUM (Assets Under Management) and AUA (Assets Under Advice).
• Review and diversify client portfolios periodically to align with their financial objectives.
• Help clients achieve their financial goals through appropriate investment and protection solutions.
• Cross-sell wealth management products to existing clients.
• Keep clients informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and product updates.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on financial products and industry developments.
• Share research reports, market insights, and relevant communications with clients.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to conduct client engagement and lead generation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Product Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income Products, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, and other investment solutions.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Banking, Wealth Management, NBFC, Insurance, Broking, Financial Advisory, Asset Management, or Investment Services sectors will be preferred.
