Relationship Executive – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Executive with experience in LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, or Mortgage Loan sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through direct market visits and field sales.
• Source customers for LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, and Mortgage Loan.
• Handle customer acquisition and loan documentation.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams.
• Conduct customer and business visits.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan sales.
• Direct Sales / DST / Field Sourcing experience is required.
• Experience in LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, or Mortgage Loan.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and sourcing processes.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
