Relationship Executive

Job Summary:
Looking for energetic and customer-focused Relationship Executives to promote loan products, generate leads, assist customers with loan applications, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and generate loan leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
• Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
• Follow up on leads and drive conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or financial products is preferred.
• Comfortable with tele-calling and customer interactions.
