Relationship Executive

• Revenue Generation: Actively meet or exceed sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your existing client portfolio. [1]
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact, building deep trust, understanding client needs, and providing personalized solutions. [1]
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner. [1]
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor intelligence, market conditions, and industry trends to refine sales strategies. [1, 2]
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams—such as product development, legal, and credit/risk—to ensure seamless service delivery and deal approvals. [1, 2]
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and contracts in CRM tools

Pay: ₹10,075.76 - ₹13,509.65 per month
