Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Institutional Visits: Visit K–12 schools (ICSE, CBSE, Cambridge/IB), independent music academies, and cultural institutions across the region.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Pitch to principals, academic directors, and music faculty on adopting Trinity syllabus, graded assessments, or establishing in-school exam centres.
• Teacher Network Building: Connect with private music instructors, explain candidate registration pathways, syllabus updates, and the value of international certification.
• Workshops & Demos: Coordinate teacher-orientation sessions, syllabus walkthroughs, or student demo days with support from senior coordinators.
• Lead Tracking & Pipeline: Maintain systematic records of contacted schools, interest levels, follow-up dates, and candidate enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any field (candidates with an interest/exposure to music or performing arts will have an advantage).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Fluency in English is essential).

• Professional, consultatory approach suitable for interacting with school leadership. - Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local travel.

• Prior experience in education sales, publishing/book sales, EdTech, or school institutional relations is preferred, but energetic freshers with strong communication are welcome.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on experience) - Travel & fuel allowance provided separately

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
