Relationship Executive

Relationship Executive – Sales IMC Certifications is hiring a Relationship Executive – Sales to manage prospective customers, build business relationships, and drive lead-to-enrollment conversions.

Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Understand prospects’ requirements and recommend relevant certification programs.

Qualify leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Conduct regular follow-ups to move prospects toward enrollment.

Handle sales objections and negotiate effectively to close opportunities.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.

Requirements 6 months–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or Lead Conversion.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Confident in handling sales conversations and closing opportunities.

Target-oriented and proactive with strong follow-up skills.

CRM experience is preferred.

EdTech or education sales experience is an advantage.

Location: Karachi , Pakistan.

Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
