Relationship Management Associate – KYC/CDD

Job Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to the Relationship Management team in handling Client Due Diligence (CDD) requirements for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and internal partners such as Client Lifecycle Management, Compliance, and Risk. This includes assistance with both onboarding and ongoing reviews.
• Prepare complete CDD documentation for onboarding, scheduled reviews, and event‑driven updates, detailing client background, ownership and control arrangements, source of wealth, anticipated account activity, and risk assessment, ensuring alignment with AML standards and regulatory obligations.
• Collect, verify, and review KYC documents to confirm accuracy, consistency, and completeness of client records, addressing any deficiencies or exceptions promptly.
• Monitor and manage the KYC/CDD workflow, track case progress, and coordinate with Relationship Managers and stakeholders to meet agreed service levels and regulatory deadlines, while providing timely progress updates.
• Ensure all KYC/CDD processes are carried out in strict adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to client due diligence and KYC processes.

• Solid knowledge of key private banking products and services.

• Prior experience drafting CDD/KYC narratives for onboarding or periodic reviews within a financial institution is advantageous.
