What they need
- จัดทำ Indicative Terms เพื่อกำหนดเงื่อนไขเบื้องต้นในการพิจารณาสินเชื่อแก่ลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและประเมินศักยภาพของ หลักประกัน (Collateral Screening) รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงเบื้องต้นของทรัพย์สินที่นำมาเสนอเป็นหลักประกัน
- จัดทำ Credit Approval Memo (CA Memo) และเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณา รวมถึงดำเนินการแก้ไข Terms and Conditions ตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละธุรกรรม
- ตรวจสอบและรวบรวมข้อมูล KYC (Know Your Customer) รวมถึงดำเนินการ Credit Review เพื่อประเมินสถานะทางการเงินและความเสี่ยงของลูกค้า
- ติดตามสถานะหนี้ การชำระหนี้ และรวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาสินเชื่อและการติดตามคุณภาพหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานการประชุมและสรุปประเด็นสำคัญจาก Weekly Meeting เพื่อนำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ลงพื้นที่สำรวจและตรวจสอบ ทรัพย์หลักประกัน เพื่อประเมินสภาพทรัพย์และความเหมาะสมในการรองรับวงเงินสินเชื่อ
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ระเบียบ กฎ ข้อบังคับการทำงานของบริษัทฯ อย่างเคร่งครัด
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
