About the role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst driving business growth within our Banking & Financial Services division. As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored solutions. This role is integral to our Account and Relationship Management strategy, enabling us to provide exceptional service and achieve our commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders
• Understand client financial needs, objectives and risk profiles to recommend appropriate insurance and investment products
• Generate new business opportunities and support client retention through proactive engagement and personalised service
• Prepare and present tailored financial solutions and proposals to clients
• Manage client portfolios and conduct regular reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and alignment with their evolving needs

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels

• Proficiency in Mandarin

• Knowledge of Hong Kong financial services regulations and compliance requirements

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
