Super Group, the company behind leading brands including Betway and Jackpot City, is looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of High Value Customers (HVCs) in the regulated Alberta market.

This is an opportunity to combine relationship management, commercial performance, customer experience and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to high-value players across sportsbook and casino products.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of High Value Customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Build long-term relationships through personalised engagement across multiple brands and products.
• Drive customer retention, responsible growth and lifetime value within your portfolio.
• Review customer performance and make recommendations on HVC upgrades, downgrades and removals.
• Conduct Source of Wealth (SOW), Source of Funds (SOF) and affordability assessments in line with regulatory requirements.
• Identify risk indicators and execute Responsible Gambling interventions where required.
• Ensure all customer engagement, offers and incentives comply with Alberta regulations.
• Analyse customer data, CRM insights and performance reporting to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Marketing and Market Development teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Represent the business at hospitality events, customer activations and other HVC engagement opportunities.

What you'll bring

Essential

• Proven experience managing and growing high-value customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools.
• Confidence handling sensitive conversations relating to affordability, risk and customer behaviour.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Desirable

• Experience within online gaming, sportsbook, casino or betting environments.
• Knowledge of sports betting markets, betting products and odds structures.
• Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
• Experience working with customer performance reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Exposure to multi-brand or multi-jurisdiction HVC programmes.
