Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Liability-based products such as Home Loans (HL) and LAP.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients to increase customer retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in HL/LAP segment.
- Strong understanding of DSA management, connectors, HL/LAP products, and RM processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high net worth individuals.
