Relationship Manager Assistant (Multiple Openings, up to 50k)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers.
• Assist in managing client accounts, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Assist in transaction execution and day-to-day customer services.
• Prepare account opening forms, credit documentation, and client reports.
• Coordinate client meetings and follow up on requests and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
• Monitor account activities and assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate efficient client service.
• Support business development activities and portfolio reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• HKSI 1,7,8 & IIQE 1,2,3 required
