RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (AVP/VP) (REF:GA)

Role and Responsibility:

• Relationship Manager of Corporate Banking

• Marketing for Japanese Corporate Business

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular meetings and strategic engagement.

• Identify and understand client business needs to offer appropriate banking products and services (corporate loans, syndicated loans, trade finance, treasury solutions, cash management, etc.).

• Prepare detailed credit proposals, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and recommend suitable financing structures.

• Ensure all transactions comply with the bank’s risk management policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.).

• Achieve assigned revenue and portfolio growth targets through loan growth, cross-selling, and fee income.

• Work closely with product specialists and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, Banking or Finance
• 10 years of working experience in corporate banking
• Prefer candidate with financial background and experience of corporate analysis and basic knowledge of corporate finance
