Relationship Manager (B2B Lending)

📍 Location: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta/Solo, Surabaya, Bali, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Makassar

Key responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new business partners and borrower accounts
• Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding targets
• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and engagement to successful funding
• Build long-term relationships with borrowers before, during, and after the funding process
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements with partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
• Identify potential risk and compliance issues and proactively mitigate them
• Contribute to revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Relationship Manager, Business Development, Sales, or Partnership roles within Fintech (P2P Lending) or Banking
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and delivering measurable commercial results
• Strong network across industries such as Telecommunications, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or other corporate sectors
• Good understanding of financial services and digital lending
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
