**Eligibility Criteria:**Gender : Male Any Arts and Science Graduate with minimum 50% of marks (BE/Btech/PG/MBA- not eligible)

Minimum 50% in 10th and 12th & Graduation -Mandatory Graduation Pass out Year- 2024 2025 2026 (2025 2026 Prefer)

Work-experience not mandatory (Eligibility: 0-12 months)

Age Criteria:Less than 25 years of age

**Compensation & Benefits:**Annual CTC between 3 LPA to 3.55 LPA

Location: West Bengal ( Prefer Male Candidate )

Job Role:

• Manage a portfolio of 250-300 customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Offer banking products and 360 financial solutions.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products.
• Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Adhere to bank policies and compliance guidelines.
