Relationship Manager - Bancassurance - Axis Bank

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance partnerships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, sales teams, and customers.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase cross-selling opportunities through life insurance products.
• Identify new business prospects and build relationships with potential clients at bank branches.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve customer issues related to life insurance policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in banca sales or bfsi sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with bank staff and customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
