GFS Developments is looking for an experienced and proactive Relationship Manager – Banking to join our team in Dubai.

Reporting Line: Directly reporting to the Chairman of GFS Developments

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant banking experience in the UAE

Role Overview

This is a direct Chairman-reporting position responsible for managing and coordinating the Group’s banking relationships, banking compliance requirements, financing arrangements and related documentation.

The successful candidate will work directly under the supervision of the Chairman and will serve as a key coordination point between the Chairman, internal departments, Banks and NBFIs.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain relationships with Banks and NBFIs on behalf of GFS Developments.

* Provide regular updates directly to the Chairman on banking matters, financing proposals, facility applications and pending requirements.

* Coordinate with Bank RMs, Credit, Compliance and Operations teams.

* Manage KYC/AML updates, periodic reviews and banking compliance requirements across company accounts.

* Maintain complete and properly organized banking documentation, facility files, KYC records and compliance correspondence.

* Coordinate documentation and follow-ups for corporate loans, working capital facilities and other financing arrangements.

* Assist in sourcing and arranging financing facilities from Banks and NBFIs.

* Monitor facility applications from initial discussion through credit review, approval, documentation and disbursement.

* Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Legal and other internal departments for timely completion of banking requirements.

* Maintain a clear MIS / status tracker for the Chairman covering banking relationships, facilities, compliance matters, documentation and pending actions.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE banking experience, preferably in Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Relationship Management, Credit, Banking Operations or Compliance.

Candidates should have a good understanding of UAE banking procedures, corporate KYC/AML, credit documentation and lending processes, along with strong communication, documentation and follow-up skills.

As this position reports directly to the Chairman, the candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, ownership, responsiveness and ability to manage sensitive banking matters.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
