銀行客戶經理 Relationship Manager (Basic 30K-80K)

About the role

Join an intensive on-the-job training program to become a professional Relationship Manager in branch banking. You will support the branch team in engaging high-net-worth clients and developing long-term relationships within Retail Banking – Wealth Management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the branch team in engaging high-net-worth clients and developing long-term relationships
• Conduct financial needs analysis and offer tailored wealth solutions, including investment and insurance products
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients proactively
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines, including KYC and AML procedures

About you

• Welcome candidates without prior branch experience, training will be provided
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / insurance preferred
• Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 and HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or willing to obtain)
• Eager to develop a career in wealth management and frontline relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
