Experience Requirement
Total Experience:

• years in sales (preferred: NBFC/BFSI/lending)
  Relevant Experience: Business Loans / SME / Unsecured Lending
  Experience in Direct Sourcing + Connector/DSA network is mandatory

  Current Role Fit (Must-have exposure)
  Candidate should currently be handling one of:
  Relationship Manager / Sr.
  Sales Executive / Sales officer or equivalent (Recommended)
  Managing individual sales target ownership (

  Must demonstrate:
  Average monthly disbursal

  Strong understanding of: Test to be created for RMs

  Ability to structure cases and coordinate with credit teams

  Educational Qualification
  Graduate (mandatory)
