Relationship Manager-CEC

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra HNIs (UHNI) to acquire new clients for mutual fund products.
• Develop and maintain strong client engagement through regular communication, meetings, and reporting to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other financial products such as AIFs, PMS, MF, etc. to existing clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 2-12 years of experience in B2C sales or relationship management in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds sales, including direct channel distribution channels.
• Excellent client engagement skills with ability to build long-term relationships with high net worth individuals.
