Relationship Manager, Client Relationship - PBD

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve business target which is assigned by management
• Manage customers' portfolio by providing advisory service and perform trading order execution for clients
• Identify new business opportunity and cross-sell other bank products to existing clients and potential clients
• Sell and cross-sell investment / FX / securities products for acquiring, disposing and subscribing underwriting securities
• Maintain cordial relationship with existing clients and potential clients through regular visit, business call, business function and social gathering
• Monitor daily performance and business activities of clients' account
• Analyze business potential and creditability of clients' portfolio for risk management purpose
• Generate NII by negotiation with clients for credit facility arrangement
• Prepare call report and maintain a high service quality to clients
• Prepare credit proposal, ratification memo and report business development on monthly basis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent , Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of retail/private banking or relevant experience
• Good knowledge of personal banking and wealth management of products and services. Experience in serving high-net-worth clients is an advantage
• Qualifications in IIQE and HKSI is a must and CPWP is an advantage
• Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint )
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
