LifeGuru is a growing spiritual-tech startup building a digital-first platform for authentic Mandir Puja and Chadhava Seva. We are creating a trusted and meaningful experience for devotees across their spiritual journeys.

This is not a traditional calling or telecalling job. As a Relationship Manager, you will be a frontline part of the customer experience, helping devotees, building customer relationships, driving repeat engagement, and contributing to customer operations and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for devotees and customers through phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right Puja and Seva.
• Handle customer queries, customer support, booking follow-ups and Prasad dispatch follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships through empathetic, transparent and timely communication.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Conduct timely customer follow-ups and help convert one-time bookings into repeat customers.
• Understand customer behaviour and identify patterns in customer queries, drop-offs and repeat engagement.
• Share customer insights with the team to improve customer experience, retention and operational processes.
• Contribute to developing processes, workflows and playbooks as LifeGuru scales.

Who Should Apply?

• Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from BBA, Psychology or related disciplines are preferred.
• Strong Hindi and English communication skills are required.
• Genuine empathy, patience and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with customer interaction, phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools such as MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Interest in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Relationship Management or Customer Operations is a plus.
• Highly motivated, transparent, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills and bias for action.

Work Details

• Location: Pune candidates must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
• Work Mode: Work From Office.
• Salary: 3 Lakhs 3.5 Lakhs per annum.
• Working Days: 5-day working week with rotational weekly offs.
• Timings: Flexible, rotational shifts.
• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
