Role & responsibilities
* Source Home Loan, LAP, and Auto Loan business through branch referrals.
* Build strong relationships with branch staff to maximize lead generation.
* Handle customer meetings, eligibility assessment, and product pitching.
* Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing.
* Ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
* Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
* Track market developments and competitor activities.
Preferred candidate profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Housing Finance, or Retail Assets.
* Good understanding of Home Loan and LAP products.
* Strong sales, relationship management, and customer handling skills.
* Candidates should have worked in the respective market/location for at least 2 years.
