Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities :

Job Role

• Engaging with distributors (IFA / Banks / NDs) to garner sales.

• Manage direct selling to cater to the HNI customers in the area.

• Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts

• Identify & empanel new IFA in the area.

• Plan, develop and implement business strategies for overall growth of the area allocated & the

distributors & bank RM’s in that area, with the objective of improving sales and enabling business

expansion

• Enlarge the scope of existing Distributor relationships and penetrate deeper into the Non-Active

Distributors

• Handle branch IR & DS activities with the help of office staff / trainee

• Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill

Job Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant selling experience.

• Proven track record of client value creation

• Exemplary communication and client engagement skills

• Domain knowledge of investments / mutual funds necessary.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM – Finance and/or Marketing

• The candidate must have good communication & presentation skills.

• The candidate should have experience in Mutual Fund Sales & sound knowledge of Mutual Fund

Products.

• The ideal candidates should have knowledge of Capital Markets & value creation for clients.

• Self-starter, proactive & target oriented behaviour will be appreciated.
