Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate new business through leads, references, and market/customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Collect and verify required customer documents as per company guidelines.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, application status, and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly business and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong customer network.
• Ensure proper adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Support the team in achieving overall business and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in NBFC, banking, financial services, loans, or sales.
• Good understanding of loan products and basic financial documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in personal loans, salaried loans, consumer finance, retail lending, or other NBFC products will be preferred.
